The fruits are medium to large in size, with yellow-green skin and a red blush on the sunny side. The variety is an autumn one; harvesting is carried out from late August to early October. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, baking, and the preparation of juices and purees, and can be stored for several weeks or months.
The tree is of moderate growth, reaching 4–5 meters, with a rounded or narrow crown shape. The variety is not self-fertile and requires pollinators such as Elstar or James Grieve. The plant possesses relative resistance to leaf diseases, including scab.
