The variety is a clone of Cox's Orange Pippin and retains its genetic traits. Fruits are medium-sized, round in shape, with firm, juicy, fine-grained flesh. The flavor is characterized as complex and aromatic, with honey notes and a distinct cherry undertone.
The variety matures in early October. The trees possess slightly better disease resistance compared to the parent variety. Fruits are capable of being stored for approximately one month longer than other Cox types.
