The variety is an autumn type; fruit harvesting begins in early September. The tree forms a broadly spreading, pendulous crown with age. Fruits are medium to large in size, weighing about 190 g (individual fruits up to 400 g), and have a broadly rounded, often angular shape.

Fruit skin is yellow with reddish stripes, becoming greasy to the touch upon full ripening. The flesh is yellowish-white, juicy, and fine-grained. The variety possesses high resistance to scab and low susceptibility to fire blight, however, it is characterized by a tendency for the fruit to drop.
