The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Airlie Red Flesh and Honeycrisp. The medium-sized fruits have a round or slightly conical shape and yellow skin, often with a blush. The bright red color of the flesh appears after starch breakdown during the ripening process.

Mid-season maturity variety; harvesting takes place in mid-to-late September. The flesh is characterized as crisp and juicy, with a taste described as sweet with a touch of tartness. The fruits are dessert type, suitable for fresh consumption and culinary use, and maintain quality in storage for up to three months.
