Fruits are medium-sized, broadly rounded or conical, slightly flattened. Skin color is green-yellow with brown or carmine-red stripes on the sunny side. Flesh is firm, greenish-white, taste is sweet-sour with tartness.

Tree of moderate vigor with a wide open canopy; in older specimens, branches can take on a weeping form. The variety is highly productive, which creates a risk of branch breakage. The tree is not self-fertile.

The variety is intended for culinary use: baking, preparing pastries, and cider production. Harvest occurs from late October to early November, consumption from January to May.
