The J-TE-F rootstock belongs to the group of dwarf rootstocks, with tree vigor close to the M9 standard. It is used in commercial fruit growing to increase fruiting efficiency, demonstrating high yield and fruit quality indicators under proper irrigation.

A characteristic feature of the rootstock is the active formation of root suckers. Due to the weak anchoring of the root system, trees grafted onto this rootstock require the mandatory installation of a support or trellis to prevent lodging.
