Trees are demanding in terms of soil and climatic conditions, therefore grafting onto dwarfing rootstocks is preferred. The variety is characterized by high sensitivity to adverse factors and low resistance to scab, which affects leaves and fruits.

Fruits are medium-sized, having a characteristic ribbed flattened or conical shape. The skin color at maturity changes from light green to creamy yellow, sometimes with a slight blush. The flesh is white, loose, with a dessert spicy flavor.

Consumer maturity occurs in the winter period from December to March. The fruits are firmly held on the tree and are traditionally used fresh or in cooking.
