The tree grows moderately or vigorously, reaching a height of up to 8 meters on vigorous rootstocks. The variety belongs to the autumn group: harvesting is carried out in the second half of September, and consumption maturity occurs in October and lasts until December.

The fruits are medium or large in size and have a ribbed shape. The skin is colored in a deep dark red or violet-red color, often with a waxy bloom. The white flesh often has pink veins, is soft and juicy, with a sweet-sour taste with a raspberry tinge and a floral aroma.

The variety possesses high frost resistance, however, it is sensitive to drought and windy sites, and requires fertile soils. Highly susceptible to scab, resistance to powdery mildew is average. The fruits are intended for fresh consumption, making juices and compotes.
