The variety, also known by the trade name Galahad and breeding number AK51-11-95, is a compact tree ranging from 1.5 to 3 meters in height with upright growth and short internodes. The genetic base includes the varieties Golden Delicious, McIntosh, James Grieve, and Jonathan.

The fruits are large or medium-sized with juicy white flesh and are characterized by an aromatic, moderately acidic taste. The harvest ripens at the end of August. It is a universal table variety, suitable for fresh consumption, drying, baking, and making purée.

The tree possesses high winter hardiness and resistance to scab and powdery mildew. Late flowering reduces the risk of damage from spring frosts. Due to its columnar shape, the tree requires minimal pruning and training.
