The tree has a spreading canopy shape and moderate vigor. Flowering of the variety occurs in early April in the conditions of New Zealand and the USA.

The fruits are large, with an average weight of about 225 g, have a spherical shape and a deep red skin color. The flesh is distinguished by a sweet taste and high-quality texture.

The variety was obtained as a result of crossing the varieties Sciros and Pinkie in 1997.
