Variety description

The tree is vigorous, reaching a height of up to 6 meters and forming a wide rounded crown with a diameter of up to 8 meters. It enters the bearing stage 5–8 years after planting. The yield of the variety is moderate, with alternate bearing noted depending on the conditions of the year.

The fruits are large, oblate-rounded. At harvest, they have a green color, turning straw-yellow upon ripening and storage; a light blush may appear on the sunny side. The flesh is firm and juicy, the taste is semi-sweet with a spicy note. The variety is suitable for drying and making juices, and is poorly suited for fresh consumption.

The variety is undemanding to soil quality, but sensitive to windy sites and moisture deficits, which negatively affect fruit quality. Disease resistance varies: the variety has low susceptibility to cancer, moderate susceptibility to scab, and high susceptibility to moniliosis.
