The tree is vigorous, reaching 3–6 meters in height. Young plants have vertically growing branches that become spreading and drooping with age. It enters fruit-bearing 5–8 years after planting, with regular and abundant yields. The variety is self-sterile and is a good pollinator for other apple trees.

The fruits are medium-sized, flat-round in shape, light yellow or greenish-yellow in color with an intense red blush or stripes, and are often covered with a waxy bloom. The flesh is white, juicy, fine-grained, and has a sweet-sour taste with a cinnamon aroma. The shelf life of the fruits is 4–6 weeks.

The variety is classified as an autumn variety, with ripening occurring after mid-September. It possesses high winter hardiness and moderate resistance to scab, and is suitable for organic gardening.
