Variety description

The variety is an intergeneric hybrid obtained by crossing species of the genera Manfreda and Agave. The plant forms a low, wide, and symmetrical rosette of long, relatively flat leaves.

The leaves have a silvery-blue-green hue with large dark purple spots, the intensity of which increases when exposed to direct sunlight. The rosette height is 20–25 cm, and the width is 40–50 cm. There are soft teeth along the leaf margins and a terminal spine at the tips.

The plant is a fast-growing succulent possessing high drought tolerance. It requires good drainage and in cold climate conditions needs protection from precipitation or to be moved indoors. It is used in container landscaping, rock gardens, and as a houseplant.
