The variety is the result of an Israeli breeding program. The fruits have a heart-shaped or rounded form, a primary orange background with a bright red blush and small yellow lenticels on the skin. The weight of a single fruit averages 470 g, with specimens weighing up to 600 g occasionally encountered.
The flesh of the fruits is dark orange in color, firm, with a low fiber content. The taste is characterized as sweet-and-sour, juicy, with a pleasant aroma. The tree is noted for high fertility.
