The variety is characterized as early-maturing. The fruits have excellent taste qualities; their flesh is tender, juicy, and non-fibrous, with a mild sweet-and-sour flavor. Externally, the fruits are distinguished by a bright orange color with a red blush.
The variety has the advantage of a long shelf life. In some growing conditions, for example in the Kinerot Valley, cases of smaller fruits were noted, which indicates the need for further study of the variety's potential in various climatic zones.
The variety is intended for commercial cultivation and was oriented toward both domestic demand and the requirements of international markets.
