The plant is annual or biennial, reaches a height of 40–60 cm, and is prone to lodging. The variety shows medium resistance to clover rot and powdery mildew, and is adapted to growing on dry, warm sites and calcareous soils.

The variety possesses high energy value and significant protein content. It is used as a component for meadow-pasture grass mixtures and flower mixtures, as well as a cover crop for cereals, ensuring nitrogen fixation in the soil.
