Variety description

The variety forms an elegant open clump with upright stems that maintain a vertical position until late autumn. The leaves are green and linear in shape. The plant reaches a height of about 1.35 m.
The flowering period occurs from August to September, sometimes until October; the flowers have a light brown shade. The variety possesses high winter hardiness down to -29°C (USDA zone 5) and is not susceptible to wind damage.
The plant prefers sunny locations or partial shade, moderate watering, and sandy, moderately moist soils. It is used in ornamental gardening for group plantings and for creating structure in flower beds.
