The variety FLHORBAN 920, also known as FB920 or MU-920, is a hybrid possessing natural resistance to black and yellow sigatoka, as well as increased root system tolerance to the banana nematode. The plant does not belong to the Cavendish group.

In the first production cycle, the variety demonstrates high productivity, however, in the second cycle, a pronounced tendency to lodging appears, which reduces harvest indicators. The bunch weight in the first cycle is about 11.4 kg, which is less than the indicators of standard commercial varieties.

The fruits of this variety are smaller than counterparts and contain more dry matter and starch. The sugar profile is characterized by a higher level of sucrose with reduced glucose and fructose content, and the polyphenol concentration is three times higher than that of Cavendish varieties. The taste and aroma of the fruits have a specific profile.
