Variety description

The variety was obtained by hybridization of the 'Berley-gigant' and 'Sobolchsky 33' varieties. The plant reaches a height of 150–195 cm and has a vertical bush shape with low axillary bud formation ability.

The large-leaved variety forms 25–28 technically suitable leaves; the size of the middle-tier leaf is 61×37 cm. The color of the leaves remains green upon reaching technical maturity and acquires a light brown hue after drying.

The variety is resistant to diseases, drought, and leaf burn. The dry leaf yield is 26.5 c/ha, and the output of top-grade commercial varieties reaches 50.9%. The raw material requires subsequent fermentation or long-term aging.
