The variety belongs to the group of Oriental tobacco varieties. It is used in the industry as a raw material valued for its specific flavor and aromatic characteristics. Compositional studies revealed a nicotine content of about 0.2% and a glyceride oil content in the seeds at the level of 34.5%.

The variety possesses breeding resistance to black root rot caused by Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae. The variety is also considered as genetic material for the development of forms resistant to tobacco mosaic virus. During trials under conditions in Vietnam, a planting density of 160,000 plants per hectare was applied.
