The variety is a Genovese type basil with an upright growth habit. The plant reaches a height of 45 to 64 cm and has large, dark green leaves that are flat or cupped in shape. The period from planting to harvest is approximately 70–80 days.
Flavor qualities are described as complex, combining sweet and spicy notes of clove, cinnamon, and anise. The plant is well adapted for container cultivation, is heat-tolerant, and is slow to bolt.
The variety possesses genetic resistance to Fusarium wilt and downy mildew, making it suitable for commercial cultivation in open fields and greenhouses, as well as for home gardening.
