Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant reaches a height of 50–66 cm, possesses good branching, and has a high leaf-to-stem ratio. The leaves are large in size and have a slightly concave, cup-like shape. The maturation period from planting to harvest is 70–80 days.

The variety shows high resistance to downy mildew (Peronospora belbahrii), which allows it to remain healthy for longer under epidemic conditions. It is characterized by the ability to regenerate quickly even after low cutting at a height of 10–15 cm.

The taste of the leaves is described as spicy with notes of clove and slight bitterness. The crop is an annual, preferring full sun and well-drained soils.
