The plant is a densely branched bush of spherical shape. In the open field, the variety reaches a height of about 55 cm; in protected cultivation, it can grow up to 85 cm. The foliage has an intense red-burgundy color, and the flowers are colored in a pink-violet shade.
The variety is universal and is used in culinary, medicine, aromatherapy, and the perfume industry. Due to the high content of anthocyanins and polyphenols, the plant's leaves possess antioxidant properties and can be used as a natural coloring agent; the variety is also a good honey plant.
