The variety belongs to the short-season hybrid category and is characterized by a susceptibility to lodging. It is intended for use in the Clearfield system, possessing resistance to imidazolinone herbicides, which allows for effective weed control.

The hybrid possesses complex disease resistance: it is resistant to rice blast, moderately resistant to sheath blight, bacterial panicle blight, and straighthead. At the same time, the variety is susceptible to stem rot, Fusarium, and kernel smut.

The variety demonstrates the ability to form a good second crop (ratoon). It is recommended to harvest at a grain moisture of 18–20% to preserve milling quality. In scientific research, the variety was used in studies of methane emissions and response to the application of various herbicides.
