The variety belongs to the long-grain type (type B) with a crystalline grain structure. Due to its early maturity, the variety is suitable for sowing after harvesting other crops and is effective in controlling weedy 'red rice' by allowing management of the agrotechnical background.

The physicochemical properties of the grain are characterized by a high amylose content, which ensures a firm texture and low stickiness of the product after cooking. The variety is non-aromatic and has a medium glycemic index.
