The variety is the result of breeding work by the Rice Institute of NAAS of Ukraine and belongs to a new generation of varieties for rice cultivation. In competitive trials, the variety demonstrated a yield of up to 90 c/ha, exceeding national standards.
The breeding of the variety focused on increasing productivity, grain and groats quality, as well as parameters of thousand kernel weight and groats yield during processing.
