The variety is characterized by resistance to lodging, as well as to bacteriosis and pests. The plant has a universal purpose, ensuring high yield of both grain for cereal production and green mass.

Due to its biology, the variety is used as a catch crop for reseeding lost winter or early spring crops, as well as for stubble seeding for green fodder. It can be used as a green manure to improve soil structure and fertility.
