The variety is mid-season and medium-tall. The grains are yellow in color, with an open-type panicle. The rounded grain shape contributes to low losses during husking. The variety possesses high drought tolerance and stable product quality.

When cultivated as a stubble crop, the plants reach a state suitable for mowing for hay or haylage in 60–70 days. The yield potential is 3.0–4.0 t/ha when sown as a main crop and 2.5–3.0 t/ha as a stubble crop. The recommended seeding rate is 500 germinating seeds per m², the optimal row spacing is 24 cm.
