The Snow White variety is a genotype of Papaver somniferum with white seeds. In field trials, the variety is grown as a winter crop with sowing in mid-September.

Seeds of this variety are used in the food industry and for the production of poppy seed oil. Compared to blue-seeded poppy, the Snow White variety has less pronounced organoleptic properties. Chemical analysis of the seeds confirms the content of linoleic, oleic, and palmitic fatty acids.

During cultivation, the variety demonstrates the ability to develop with minimal pest protection and limited fungicide use, although specific resistance indicators for diseases or lodging have not been established for it.
