The variety is early-maturing; the period from germination to technical maturity is 110–120 days. The root vegetables have a cone-like shape and white flesh.

The produce has a strong aroma. The root vegetable contains approximately 25.1% dry matter, 15.8% soluble solids, and 6.4% sugars. The variety is characterized by low nitrate accumulation, resistance to adverse weather conditions, and high yield.

The root vegetables are intended for culinary use, including the preparation of soups, purees, canning, and are also suitable for dietary and baby food.
