Variety description

The variety produces conical roots up to 35 cm long. The flesh is white or light yellow in color and has a distinct aroma. The plant produces large green leaves, which are also used for culinary purposes.

The variety is undemanding to grow and develops well in various soils, including peat, but reacts negatively to the application of fresh manure. The seed germination period ranges from 15 to 28 days.

The plant has high resistance to low temperatures, which makes it possible to harvest roots throughout the winter without additional cover. The variety is suitable for home cooking and industrial processing.
