Variety description

The root is conical in shape, reaching 25–30 cm in length, pointed, and ochre-colored. The flesh is compact, fragrant, and creamy-white with a small marbled core. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth and high disease resistance.
The variety is suitable for cultivation on heavy and moist soils, overwinters well in the soil, and has excellent storage capacity. Intended use includes direct consumption, canning, and drying.
Sowing is possible in early spring in March–April or late autumn in November before the onset of frosts. The recommended spacing between plants in a row is 4–7 cm with a row spacing of about 30 cm.
