The root is conical in shape with a smooth surface, reaching 35 cm in length and 10 cm in diameter with a weight of up to 500 g. The leaf rosette consists of large, pinnate, pubescent leaves of an intense green color.

The variety possesses good cold resistance, which allows the roots to be left in the soil for harvesting in the winter period or early spring. The crop is characterized by a long seed germination period of about 28 days and a rapid loss of seed viability.
