The variety is mid-season; the growing period from germination to maturity is 70 to 110 days. The root crops have white skin and flesh, a cone-shaped form, and reach a length of 18–22 cm with a diameter of 4–5 cm and a weight of 100–130 g.

The flesh of the root crops is dense and aromatic. The variety is intended for cultivation in the open field, is resistant to bolting, and stores well during the winter period. It is used in cooking for the preparation of various dishes and preserves.
