The roots have a conical, "wedge-shaped" form with broad shoulders, tapering downwards, and are distinguished by the creamy-white color of the smooth skin. A characteristic feature is a small depression in the shoulder area.
Due to the semi-long size of the roots, the variety is suitable for cultivation in soils with a limited depth of the arable layer. The produce has versatile culinary uses and is used in soups, purees, for roasting and frying.
