The root of the variety has a conical shape, reaching 30–35 cm in length and 8–10 cm in diameter at the top. The surface is smooth, and the color of the skin and flesh is white. The plant forms a vigorous leaf rosette.

The variety has a high dry matter content, which makes it preferable for processing by drying. The roots are resistant to decay and store well, retaining their flavor qualities after harvesting.
