The variety is a biennial plant. During the first year of vegetation, a fleshy root crop is formed, which is used for food.
The agrotechnics of the variety involve sowing in early spring at a depth of 2.5–3 cm. The recommended planting scheme includes row spacing of about 45 cm with subsequent thinning to 10–15 cm between individual plants.
