The roots have a crunchy, creamy-white flesh that retains a light color during canning. The variety is characterized by high resistance to root branching, as well as to powdery mildew, rust, and diseases affecting roots during storage.

The plant forms a vigorous rosette of 11–12 leaves. The variety is universal and suitable for fresh consumption, industrial processing, freezing, and long-term winter storage.
