Variety description

The cultivar is early-maturing, with a period from emergence to harvest of 110 to 165 days. The root vegetables have a cone shape and taper downwards, reaching 14–19 cm in length. The skin of the root is smooth and white, the flesh is white, firm, and resilient.

The plant is intended for fresh consumption and processing. The cultivar should be distinguished from the Russian parsley «Сахарная», as they have differences in vegetation periods and origin.
