The roots are elongated cone-shaped, 18–20 cm long, with an average weight of about 200 g. The interior is creamy-white; the flesh is dense, aromatic, and resistant to browning. The plant's rosette consists of large, healthy leaves suitable for fresh use.

The variety is highly productive, with yields reaching up to 30 t/ha. It possesses good winter hardiness in field conditions, as well as resistance to diseases during cultivation and storage. The product's intended use is universal: it is suitable for fresh consumption, drying, freezing, and long-term storage.
