Variety description

The plant forms an upright rosette of dark green leaves. The root vegetables have a white color and an elongated shape, resembling a carrot. Plant height during the growing season reaches 20–30 cm.

The root crop harvest is ready for gathering from October. The variety is characterized as winter-hardy, and the leaf mass is capable of persisting under snow or mulch. The root vegetables and leaves are suitable for use in fresh and culinarily processed form.
