This name is a market designation for the “curly parsley” type and is often identified with the Mooskrause variety. The plant belongs to the leaf type, is distinguished by a pronounced aroma and high ornamental value, thanks to which it is often used for garnishing dishes.
The variety type is usually mid-season and characterized by good drought tolerance. Plants are capable of overwintering in the soil, which allows for an early harvest in the second year. Leaves retain their freshness for a long time after cutting, are suitable for fresh and dried consumption, as well as for growing in containers.
