The variety forms a vigorous upright or semi-spreading leaf rosette 40 to 70 cm in height. The leaves are large, triangular, deeply dissected, and have a distinct aroma. The period from emergence to technical maturity is 60 to 90 days.
The plant has a high regeneration capacity after cutting, which allows for multiple harvests per season. The variety is cold-tolerant, resistant to a number of leaf diseases, and suitable for cultivation in open field and protected cultivation, as well as in container culture. It is used fresh, dried, and frozen.
