The variety is non-hybrid and is intended for fresh consumption, industrial processing, and long-term storage. The plant has a vigorous leaf apparatus, which can be used for food, and demonstrates high resistance to bolting.

The roots are firm, uniform, with a minimal number of lateral roots, which simplifies the cleaning process. The flesh of the root is pure white.
