Variety description

The variety forms elongated-conical roots 20–24 cm long with firm, cream-white, aromatic flesh. The plant forms a dark green leaf rosette, the foliage of which is also suitable for human consumption.
The variety is classified as mid-late or late-maturing, less frequently as mid-early. Produce is characterized by good keeping quality , is suitable for long-term storage, processing, and fresh consumption, and exhibits high resistance to bolting.
