Plants reach a height of about 70 cm during the flowering period. The variety is characterized by the onset of flowering 55–60 days after sowing and is notable for its lack of demandingness regarding soil and climatic conditions.
The variety forms a dense stand, contributes to the improvement of soil structure, and possesses a high nectar content. Due to the development of a dense root system and above-ground mass, it is used for erosion control and as green manure.
