The variety belongs to the flagiolet group, which are grown for use in an immature (green) state when the seeds have already formed but have not reached full maturity.

In comparative studies of technological characteristics, it was established that the cooking time of the variety's seeds until ready is approximately 37 minutes. The variety underwent biochemical analyses for amino acid content using various preservation methods.
