The variety was obtained by the method of repeated individual selection from a hybrid population. It belongs to the grain bean group with a bush plant type (type IIa), resistant to lodging. The main stem and lateral branches terminate in a vegetative bud, the hypocotyl is green.

The vegetation period of the variety is 84 ± 4 days. The plants are suitable for mechanized harvesting by direct combining. In scientific research, the variety is considered in the context of analyzing resistance to various pathotypes of bean rust.
