The plant is of the bush (dwarf) type and reaches a height of 35–50 cm, requiring no staking. The variety is characterized by white flowers and uniform ripening of pods, which turn beige upon drying.
The large oval seeds, 15–20 mm in length, are white with a shiny surface. The seeds feature a burgundy spot, the shape of which resembles the coat of arms of Poland, which persists even after heat treatment.
This variety is used primarily as a dry bean for the preparation of soups and traditional dishes. As a product of folk breeding, the variety possesses historical value and is included in the official list of traditional products of Poland.
