The plant belongs to the bush type, reaching a height of about 60 cm with a bush width of up to 40 cm. The seeds of the variety are known as Yin-Yang due to their contrasting color, which allows them to be used not only in cooking but also for decorative purposes.
The variety is an annual plant that prefers sunny areas and warmed soil. Sowing is carried out in the warm period, starting from May, adhering to a spacing scheme of 20 cm between plants and 50 cm between rows, or by planting the seeds in clusters of 5–6 pieces.
